01 / Scope

Rooms that just work

The goal is simple: someone walks in, connects, and the meeting starts. Everything else is engineering in service of that.

DISPLAY

Displays & mounting

Screen sizing and positioning matched to room depth and seating, mounted securely with cables concealed.

CAM

Conference cameras

Cameras with the field of view your room actually needs, so remote attendees see everyone rather than a corner.

AUDIO

Microphones & speakers

The half people notice most. Microphone coverage and speaker placement tuned so remote participants can hear clearly.

CONNECT

Connectivity

One clear way to connect, wired or wireless, that guests can use without being shown how.

PLATFORM

Platform setup

Configured and tested against Teams, Zoom or Google Meet — whichever your organisation actually runs on.

TIDY

Cable management

Cabling routed and concealed so the room looks finished, not assembled.

02 / How we work

Audio is the half everyone forgets

People tolerate a mediocre picture. They will not tolerate not being heard. We plan microphone coverage against your actual table layout and room acoustics, then test with real participants on a real call before signing off.

  • Room measured and seating layout considered
  • Microphone coverage matched to table size
  • Speaker placement tuned for the room
  • One obvious way to connect and start
  • Tested on a live call before handover
  • Short walkthrough for the people who use it daily

Common questions

Which platform do you support?

Teams, Zoom and Google Meet are all fine. Tell us which one your organisation runs on and we'll configure and test the room against it specifically.

Can you upgrade our existing room?

Yes. Often the display is fine and the audio is the weak point. We'll assess what's worth keeping before quoting a full replacement.

How complicated is it for staff to use?

That's the design constraint, not an afterthought. The target is one obvious connection method that a visitor can use without instructions.

Do you handle the mounting and cabling?

Yes — screen mounting, cable routing and concealment are all part of the installation. The room should look finished when we leave.

Let's solve it

Tell us what's happening.

Message us with the symptom or the goal. We'll tell you what it likely involves, what it costs, and how soon we can look at it.
